Windows 11 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I have an OEM Windows 11 Home system that uses a local account only (I have not added my Microsoft account on that machine).In Windows 7, the key retrieved by product key finder applications was the generic key used by the OEM and would not be useful to activate in the event a clean reinstall of Windows 7 became necessary.What's the case for Windows 11?
