WHY CAN I NOT GET AN ANSWER TO MY RECURRING CHARGES OR SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON???!!! I CANCELLED BOTH MY ACCOUNTS MONTHS AGO AND STILL BEING CHARGED $6.06 MONTHLY. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!!!I looked up my account information, my billing information. Microsoft says I have no known subscriptions, no history of charges, yet I am being charged monthly. This is the most trouble I have had with any company for resolution. At this point I changed bank accounts so will not have further issues, but I want a refund for the charges I already cancelled subscriptions
