Windows 11 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Yet again , calling on forum techs . Ive attempted to uninstall Express VPN from my pc . Went toboth Settings and Control panel , tried to uninstall from both, begins the uninstall process , then a dialogue box comes up / fatal error 080070643 / . The following come up when I attempt manual removal / The Action Cannot be completed because the file is open in expressvpnd.exe . Close the file and try again . / Five of the files have the same dialogue box . Gave up trying to ask for a possible solution .View the full article Quote
