Just now, I enjoyed having the laptop come out of hibernation, and all working well for a minute or so till suddenly (and without warning) the Taskbar was responsive. The same old advice of hitting the Ctrl / Shift / Escape doesn't work, because when I get to the TaskManager, that is froze also. I've seen this to happen while using the computer, or coming out of sleep or hibernation. The other programs are working but the Taskbar and TaskManager is frozen. Tonight after being seized up for a minute or so, it took off like a Bobcat being chased by a great Harpy Eagle. I did the usual SFC / Scan
