Hi,This differs to other questions regarding the same effect, here it is reproducing with two different rigs using the same two monitors. The desktop monitor is an Evnia 27" at 1600X900 and the second is an old Kogan TV KALED26DVDAE0070 (see archived manual) at 1366X1368. One rig is a Ryzen, the other is an HP Elite.The syncing is not frequent, no more than 2 seconds in duration, perhaps once or twice every 4-6 hours of power up, affecting both monitors simultaneously.Never occurred under W10 or previous. Could be something "non-standard" about the TV monitor that has rendered it obsolete, as
