Windows 11 Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Purchased a re-conditioned DELL latitude 5400 from DELL i7 8th Gen so good for Win 11. It was originally Win 10 home. So purchased a Retail licence for Win11. Installed Windows 11 from ISO install. Now have had a couple of BSOD. These follow message on a black screen saying Preparing Security Options. Looking Event Viewer can see an error message Dump File creation error dumping dump file. Bug check process 0x00020005. BSOD says Critical Process Died. The laptop has local administrator user. And then I have a non-MS local user which is not an administrator. Checked on devmngr to see View the full article Quote
