Hey, I’m having an issue adding a new fingerprint on Windows 11, when I click on the sign in options it says “this option is currently unavailable” and to try again later, the button to set up another finger is greyed out. Log in is working with the fingerprint for window 10 but when i downloaded window 11 my fingerprint option grayed out. What can I do to solve this? My laptop is the HP ZBook Firefly 14 G7 Mobile WorkStation if that helps any. Thanks xx!!
