System: HP Elitebook 645 G11Windows version: Windows 11 professional 23H2 and upProblem:When I install a clean Windows 11 image using the latest Windows 11 SCCM drivers from HP on this model, it always boots to startup repair. None of the standard repair options do anything, and of course there are no "recent updates" or restore points.
