How do I resolve this BSOD issue: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.

I have updated all drivers, updated laptop to Windows 11, and have ran online Dell diagnostics. I am posting this on behalf of another user.
