Fingerprint Recognition (Currently Unavailable) After reinstalling driver from manufacturer

I've been having an issue with my fingerprint reader not working. My Dell XPS 13 9345 (ARM64) keeps showing the message: "This option is currently unavailable" and "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint." It worked perfectly fine until about a week ago. I've tried installing the driver from Dell's website and restarting my laptop, and it works every time I reinstall it, but the problem comes back later. The driver I keep reinstalling is the Goodix Fingerprint Sensor Driver. After it stops working, it's not listed in Device Manager, and when I reinstal
