My computer froze up with the message to call a number and it was supposedly Microsoft and I fell for it. Anyway he told me when I called to open the CMD and type in certain things. What should I do to fix my computer. Has my computer been infected? I have left it off ever since finding out that was fake. I feel pretty stupid
