USB 3.1 controller on Surface Book 3 downgraded to USB 2.0 Windows 11

Hello. I'm a happy owner of Surface Book 3, a great little machine. But suddenly my USB 3.1 controller started to behave like USB 2.0. In Bluetooth and devices all my external SSDs say that this device could run faster in connected to USB 3 port. In AIDA64 in USB controllers there is Surface USB Hub in USB devices and it says that USB 3.0 device is connected to USB 2.0 port.. I tried to delete usb controllers in device manager, reinstalled Surface Drivers and Firmware to latest, removed it and reinstalled again, then reset my Surface to default hence reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch an
