How to fix Windows 11 not recognizing the computer's sole user as administrator

I am the sole user of this computer and I am listed as an Administrator in my account settings. I have tried all the solutions from a February 2, 2023 submitted question on this subject but the problem still remains with no success. I am not able to use the Windows Update program because of this nor can I change any other setting. I was able to use the >sfc /scannow utility after setting up a cmd prompt and it found no problems with file integrity. (However, Windows would not allow me to open the cmd program as an administrator.) I am running Windows 11 version 24H2 Build 26100.2605. I
