My pc freezes on low usage tasks

When every I watch youtube or surf the web my pc hard freezes and nothing works until I hold power button for a couple of seaconds and then press it again to start. This has been going on for 2 months now and at first I thought it was just a random issue but then it persisted. Have recently updated gpu and cpu drivers, I think it may be a faulty cpu issue.I have also monitored its utilisation, it mostly freezes at 1 percent but the highest has been 15 percent.My specs are -14600k4070 ti superCorsair VENGEANCE RGB Black 32GB (2x16GB), PC5-52800 (6600MHz)Kingston FURY Renegade 2TB M.2 NVMe PCIe
