0x000000c5 access violation error

[Windows 11]

I am getting this access violation error while playing gta 5 mostly. It crashes randomly every 20-40mins of gameplay but previously it used to run smoothly for 3-4 hrs without any issue. The app crashes randomly. This error also comes while playing other games like Minecraft and rdr2, but there it is very rare. But this error never happened while doing other tasks, like browsing or editing. I have tried every possible measures, like running sfc, dism, using ddu and amd cleanup tool, reverting and updating graphics driver to check if that is an issue.
