Laggy Magnifier after installng 24H2 Update

I'm using Windows Magnifier on a daily basis, and it worked fine up until yesterday when I updated my Windows 11 to the newest version. Fullscreen mode works flawlessly, but I'm facing problems with both Docked and Lens modes. The first one feels like its refresh rate was lowered to maybe 20 frames per second, but it's not that noticeable when typing or reading. The second mode, however—the one I use the most—is completely unusable right now.
