I found HYPER-V services on my laptop but i didnt install it. How to rid off it?

the facts:- i got windows 11 laptop - i used it occasionally on trips but very little- today i looked into Services and found 8 Hyper-V services (all in manual mode) and stopped- i looked into control panel - programs - windows features - Hyper-V and Windows Hypervisor Platform and Virtual Machine Platform and Sandbox - all are uncheckedHow is this possible? And can i somehow uninstall it?
