Windows 11 system, last update early in January, Now getting the following errors

I am guessing a security update of some kind does not like this particular driver. Looks to be related to the INtel network driver, which is dated 2017 and I find that off on a Windows 11 system (HP Z4 G4 Workstation) does not seem to affect network connectivityUnrelated I believe but started at the same time. The system can no longer connect to the windows update service. I have verified the services are running on the system and have shut them down nd restarted them manually. I do not see any related errors in the event viewer
