I have a new Lenovo laptop (Windows 11) and I cannot print to my HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer. HELP! The printer is displaying "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP. Multiple times, I have turned off, un-plugged, waited, plugged back in, and turned on.
