Acer swift edge latest Windows caused blue screen and I am just stuck on this screen, will not repair and can't access safe mode, tried entering the bitlock key but nothing any sidearm?

Acer swift edge latest Windows caused blue screen and I am just stuck on this screen, will not repair and can't access safe mode, tried entering the bitlock key but nothing any idea?
