My PC occassionally forgets the Wifi and I have to reboot my PC to fix the issue

So I have a gaming PC and I have this very occurring issue when I'm playing video games (specifically online focused games) where I'll get frequent lag spikes that are typically occurring every 15-20 minutes and it's just for a moment. It can be incredibly annoying though I just ignore it cause it only lasts a second. Well, there are moments where it's almost as if my PC is struggling to connect to the router hence why it spikes like that and sometimes I feel like it just can't reconnect because my internet will just blank out only on my computer itself.
