The Kyocera printer connected to my Windows 11 computer used to connect with my partner's Windows 10 PC over our shared (peer to peer) network. Recently after Windows upgrades on both machines the sharing stopped. When I tried to reinstall the shared printer on my partner's W10 machine, I could see the shared printer in the connection dialog but when I hit the select button I get the error message (above).I have looked for a solution on the Microsoft help site and followed one advisor who suggested that a complete uninstall and reinstall of the printer and software/drivers would fix the problem
