Everytime i listen to music on spotify, youtube, soundcloud, as soon as i get on a game it just stops or lags out.

Ever since i got my laptop a month ago, i noticed that everytime i just wanted to chill and play music it just lags out and i noticed other people had this issue too and it still hasnt been resolved. I open spotify and i play a song and when its playing i get on fortnite and as soon as i get on the game it stops or glitches out but when i alt tab out of the game then it starts playing perfectly fine. Please help me resolve this.
