my wifi antenna was lose so i fixed it from inside the pc and now my internet is stuffed on it

the place where i screw the wifi antenna into was lose from inside the pc so i fixed it up, and plugged the antennas back in and once i started it up the internet was stuck on 1 bar and sometimes jumped to 2 and back down and its fine on other devices but before that it was fine with 60 mbps now its 4mbps
