When I try to open settings, this error comes up. Happens in a lot of other apps too but I didn't note down the code. Also, this only started when I factory-reset my PC. Search is bugged so when I search an application, and click open it won't open the app. I need to pin it to start and click on the app from there to open. I've been having this problem with my bios where if I try to go to advanced-start up or bios my monitor has no signal and I saw that it might have been a corrupted file so I factory reset and this problem occurred as soon as I boot up my PC for the first time.
