I recently reinstalled Windows 11 while keeping my files on Drive D intact. However, after the reinstallation, I found that I could no longer access my files. Before reinstalling Windows, I had encrypted these files using Windows' built-in encryption. I suspect that the encryption keys or certificates were lost during the reinstallation process.I have already tried the following solutions, but none have worked:Logging in with my original Microsoft account.Changing file ownership and permissions.Using the cipher /d command in Command Prompt.I would appreciate any guidance on recovering my encry
