My cursor shows loading (rotating blue circle) after the last update

There was two cumulative updates for Windows 11 from January 28, 2025:KB5050094 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050094) (OS Build 26100.3037) and KB5050577 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2.After installing this updates, the mouse cursor periodically (10-20 seconds) shows the loading process (rotating blue circle). I tried many ways to solve the problem, but none of them helped.What I have tried:Restarting the system;Disabling background processes and startup programs;Running chkdsk, scannow and DISM
