How to get help when MS Support keeps returning you to their Help which doesn't help

Update disabled pin.* Its been so long since I dealt with MS for anything.* I don't have the old credit cartd info.* I don't remember old passwords.* Log in is sketchy, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. I copy and paste log in and password info, yet MS says one or the other is invalid. * On one successful login, I attempted to chage password, when I entered the old password, it said my pasword was invalid.
