Taskbar causing Roblox to lag TONS.

Whenever I am playing Roblox, and hover over the taskbar to switch to another tab, my mouse and game gets very laggy and choppy for some reason. This also happens if I have a video in the corner of my screen or use split screen, which is a bit inconvenient since I watch videos while playing games usually. Yesterday I left my laptop alone for an hour or two, and the problem was fixed. But today when I woke up, the problem has come back. I don't know if it is a windows update, but it seems like it has been happening after I had gotten a windows update. I had a security update downloaded today bu
