I seem to be stuck with Outlook New instead of Outlook Clasisic

In other words, I can't get the toggle in the upper right corner of Outlook New to stay in the off position.As my photo indicates the toggle for New Outlook is always on. Perhaps it was because after reinstalling all the Office 365 (paid desktop apps) like Word and Excel -- it was surprising Outlook Classic seemed to be skipped when I checked C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 on my Windows 11 laptop compared to my old backup Windows 10 backup laptop.Your thoughts?
