Windows 11 Posted February 2 Posted February 2 My laptop (ASUS Zenbook 14) is only 3 weeks old but I'm running into some serious audio issues. Sometimes the audio won't work outright, sometimes when I restart my computer it will work for 30 minutes and then all audio/videos will cease playing. When I try to troubleshoot common audio issues through the Systems Troubleshooter, it identifies there is an audio driver problem. It then asks to fix the issue by updating the driver. After prompting "Yes", it then returns: "We are sorry, we couldn't solve your problem!" So, clearly there is an issue but for some reason windows can't fix it. I've reView the full article Quote
