Windows 11 - WiFi connected, no internet, but only for Microsoft tasks & apps

Today my PC randoly lost access to the internet. After multiple fix attempts, I've found that this only seems to extend to Microsfot tasks and apps and is happening whetherI'm connected to my home intenret or my mbolie hotspot.For example, as part of the attempted fix, I reset my PC. After everything was cleared, I reinstalled MS Office. When prompted for an activation key, it stated it couldn't verify it as it wasn't connected to the internet.This doens't make sense as I was able to open Edge, navigate to the Steam homepage, download the Steam client app, install it, open an online-only mult
