Windows key, Search, Volume/Wifi Menu and Notification panel not working after updating to Windows 11 23H. Also Windows 11 24H is not installing properly. How do I Fix this issue

After Updating to Windows 11 23H, I am facing issues regarding window, search, Wifi/Volume menu, Notification panel from taskbar menu are not working, even windows key not working except for shortcuts keys. I got the update Windows 11 24H but its not updating, after reaching 100% it restarts installing it.
