Windows 11 Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Hello, I have an HP laptop, one year old. In December 2024, I updated the 24H2 windows. Now I cannot get past the blue screen (attached image). The laptop works from my home, and the computer repair shop but won't work at work, where I need it. The fist repair ~ they couldn't recreate the error, but updated a few files. 2nd repair ~ updated real audio drivers and tried several different things3rd repair ~ came to office, tried several different things, still wouldn't work.4th repair ~ wiped off computer, reloaded and started over ~ still won't work at work.Also, I can get into safe mode aView the full article Quote
