How is it that Microsofts one drive stores malware files and any time I log in to my account one drive adds them back to my computer. The malware is some sort or root kit bios

So when I hooked up my brand new windows 11 computer and logged into my account windows started to sync with one drive and then everything seemed fine but I noticed text documents that were not mine in my documents folder I deleted them and did not see them in one drive so I thought I had gotten rid of them but no I did not. With in a hour my computer was turned into a work station and I had zero control of it.
