I'm looking at buying a used copy of Windows 7 Ultimate with Windows Anytime Upgrade for an old PC.How do I know if the licence is OK to be used for an install? Is there a limit? The person said they haven't had a Windows 7 PC for a decade - does that count for anything?I don't know how to find a EULA for it to check. Thanks so much for any help
