PC turning back on after shutting down

Hi,I have had my PC now for a good 2 years now.It has a random habit of sometimes when starting up just beeping 4-5 times before restarting to the windows screen, this however is not every time it starts up and is just at very random occurrences. But more recently it has had an habit were upon when it has been shut down, it restarts up, this could be anywhere between 1 minute to 5 minutes after shutting down completely. I am no tech expert but I have had help from here before which solved a previous issue I had with Anti-cheat software.I appreciate all advise and guidance on fixing these issue
