Runtime Broker/SystemSettings errors, cannot run SystemSettings (Windows 11)

SystemSettings.exe [RuntimeBroker.exe] application error;0x00007ffd32f0c003 command 0x0000000000000010 memory referenced. Cannot read the memory; please click OK to close(always exactly the same memory location and command for both)The RuntimeBroker error complicates the login. I sometimes have to go to task manager to even get all the way logged in. Further, every time I try to run "Settings" now, it crashes. Strangely, when it is not opened in "Home", it is still stable enough to use (until I go to "home").How to I fix this?
