How can I get the correctly purchased version of Windows 11 and activate it?

I had Windows 11 Home installed on my new laptop (OEM), and went onto the Windows store and selected to purchase the upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. I received an email receipt for the upgrade, but on completing the install, I found that I now have Windows 11 Enterprise! Additionally, I never received an email with any kind of activation code, and now my system says it cannot activate windows. How do I fix this issue? I would like to put Pro on my system, and also have it properly activated.
