Authenticator App Issues

Hi, I have Microsoft Authenticator App & recently upgraded my iPhone. Unfortunately the authenticator App is blocking me from logging into my emails from my new handset, and I am going around in circles trying to phathom out how to resolve the issue.I have tried resetting the password, using the reset code, barcode to another device, you name it always pops up a red message saying to try again later ! I don’t even know how to disable authenticator either. I no longer have access to the previous handset either, as I suspect the code may have been accessible on that. Please could someone he
