My PC keeps completely freezing and I am unable to do anything but hold the power button down to shut down the PC and then start it back up.

Hello,I have been having this issue for a bit now and I cannot seem to figure out what the issue is. I have a gaming PC and for a few months now it has been freezing randomly for me..
