Is it normal to have small unallocated space in the HD when installing Windows 11

I was recently hacked and had to wipe all of my computers and reinstalled windows 11. One thing I noticed there is a small (about 24-333 KB) of "UNALLOCATED SPACE" besides the System, MSR (reserved), Primary and Recovery partitions.I've installed reinstalled windows 11 many times before, I don't remember seeing something like this. I checked all of my computers in the house, and they all have the same issue. Is this common? or the hacker left something in these drives that I can't wipe it, even after I formatted the C drives many times and it kept coming back. Thanks!SD
