When I get notifications on my computer and I press the X on them (send to notification centre) they don't close.

When I get notifications on my computer and I press the X on them (send to notification centre) they dont close. Neither do they open if I click on them. In order to close them I have to navigate to the X button with tab and press Enter. Does anybody know how to fix this?This started some days ago and idk why since I haven't done anything special lately
