Windows 11 Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I am having issues with my Organizational account and the Microsoft Authenticator app. I had set up my authenticator app on my old device. I want to set it up on a new device. When I try to log in on the new device Authenticator app, it asks me to enter the code displayed in my Microsoft Authenticator app. But I don't have access to the old device, and I haven't setup any other ways to sign in.
