my laptop keeps switching tabs even when I dont touch the keyboard or mousepad, what do I do?

It's exactly as stated above, it occasionally opens the windows search bar as well. I've tried to search online how to fix the problem but when I do try to follow the commands in this post ( https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/laptop-gone-crazy-switching-tabs-and-desktops/41f68698-abb0-46d3-a5dc-e95a6b1bf012 ) it doesn't end up running the dism command and states this instead: DISM doesn't recognize the command-line option "". I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the display adapters. What should I do to fix the issue?
