Second Screen still active in Win11 when turned off

I have been using my Lenovo Ideapad 330-17IKB with an Intel UHD 620 Graphics Card & i tried to connect an old Philips TV via HDMI to my Laptop as an expanded - Laptop Display is the Main-Display in the Settings - Desktop. The Problem is, that when i turn off the TV Win11 doesn't recognize it, that it is shut off; the Sound is gone but i can still see it moving in the System Settings & opened Windows still remain on the second Desktop. i already updated the Drivers of the GPU & of the TV, but it still doesn't work properly.
