I think somebody is trying to access my account! How can I get online help outside office hours?

I'm getting message from @accountprotection.microsoft.com in Chinese (I am Belgian living in Switzerland) giving me a security code to confirm my identity. As far as I can see from the Email Header, these messages are legit. I suspect that somebody in an Asian country is trying to get into my account. I checked my account activity and so far they haven't been able to. I'm trying to contact Microsoft somehow on the phone for them to take immediate action but I cannot find a number where I can call outside office hours. Can anybody help me?
