hyper v requirements not shown even though there is no host and/or it is turned off completely

I recently updated my license key to windows 11 pro from the home version.I need to access the hyper v features.Always when i try to check hyper v req. with systeminfo on cmd i get this msg: Hyper-V Requirements: A hypervisor has been detected. Features required for Hyper-V will not be displayed.Which is odd because the service is completely deactivated but if i turn off svm in bios i suddenly do see the reqs, so i know that the hardware compatability is there its somehow still not working.i tried everything from disabling wsl and reinstalling hyper-v features etc still nothing changed. with s
