Is there supposed to be a Cyrpto folder in the microsoft folder in ProgramData?

I recently saw a file on my task manager called AntiVirusExectuable And i open the file location and pressed on microsoft finding a "Crypto" folder, I was wondering if it is a Microsoft Offical Folder or is it a hack? The location is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft
