Where can I take my Acer Spin 3 that once was also a touch screen however this stupid Windows 11 changed that and removed it, to get fixed for free? Or get my money back or a replacement?

I purchased my Spin 3 solely based on that fact that it was also a touch screen. Whelp, as many others have experienced, after the Windows 11 update, our touchscreen capabilities disappeared. I have yet to find a solution and this has been going on for years. Where can take it to be fixed for free same day, or I need a replacement with touch screen capabilities. School starts this coming Monday and I need it for my college courses!
